• Your name (if you submit a volunteer or contact form)
• Your phone number (if provided voluntarily on the volunteer form)
• Your neighbourhood (volunteer form)
• Your availability preferences and skills (volunteer form)
• Message content (contact and volunteer forms)
• Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, events — no personal identifiers)

How we use it

Information you provide is used solely for campaign communications — to contact you about volunteering, events, campaign updates, and election day information. We do not sell, trade, or share your information with any third party, commercial or otherwise.

Your rights under CASL

Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), you have the right to withdraw your consent to receive campaign communications at any time. Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link. To request removal of your data, or to ask what information we hold, contact us at evan@evansilvaward1.ca.

Data storage

Email subscriber and volunteer data is stored in Mailchimp (US-based; subject to Mailchimp's standard data processing agreement). Contact form notifications are sent via Resend (transactional email). Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4.
